I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money that this hotel offered. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in a residential area just southeast of the city centre was perfect, offering a calm and peaceful environment. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with WiFi and had cool furniture, including some rooms with a balcony.
All was satisfactory, nothing to be improved.

Leaving
Over priced , and very small rooms . They state free internet and it its not. Not a 3* Hotel as no food available onsite.

Friendly staff, very clean, good price, parking available, tasty breakfast. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants. Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms with basic amenities. Quick and helpful response from staff for late check-in and ice needs.
Nothing could have been better.

I was disappointed by not having hot drink facilities in the room which is a basic requirement in all mid range hotels. Also the hallways and ultimately seeping into the room was a very strong smell of smoke although there were no smoking labels on doors. This spoilt my experience as I have allergies.

During our Easter stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area which made for a peaceful stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and wifi, which added to the overall value of our stay.
The lack of English proficiency among some of the staff, which made communication a bit difficult at times. Another issue was the temperature in the rooms - they were excessively warm and difficult to cool down, even with the window open.

Bemühte aber eingeschüchterte Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit.
Hotel Betreiber sehr unprofessionel und unfreundlich. Angebotene Serviceleistungen nicht ausreichend oder sogar nicht vorhanden. Sehr Dünne Regibswände, mann Hört alles was die Zimmernachbarn machen.

The only thing is it is listed on Booked.net as being 0.5km from centre, when in fact it is 5+km and you have to take bus/subway to get to the city.
